I have been practicing yoga for many years and consider it to be the foundation of my health and wellbeing.
My life has been greatly enhanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually by maintaining a regular practice of yoga. From a purely physical perspective, yoga has helped me develop greater flexibility, strength and balance. (See Flexibility, Strength and Balance post)
I am fortunate to have known and practiced with some wonderful teachers who have inspired and motivated me to keep practicing yoga. I encourage everyone of all ages and conditions to find a teacher with whom you resonate and incorporate yoga as part of a regular health and wellness program.
